This page explains what information may be collected through the submission form, why it is collected, and how it may be handled.

This project aims to minimise personal data wherever possible. Please remove or obscure personal information before uploading documents if you can.

Who runs this project

This project collects information about private parking Notice to Keeper letters linked to airport land or possible airport byelaw land for research, pattern analysis, and possible regulatory reporting.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit through the form. This may include location, operator, dates, wording taken from parking notices, optional supporting files, and an optional email address if you choose to provide one.

Why we collect it

We collect this information in order to identify repeated practices, compare wording across cases, and create an anonymised evidence base for analysis and possible reporting to relevant bodies.

Uploads and personal information

Uploads are optional. Please remove or obscure personal information where possible before uploading. If an uploaded file contains personal information, it may be reviewed, redacted, and deleted after processing. An anonymised summary may be retained for analysis.
